Maintenance Tech: Best Candidates
I'm finding that people out of manufacturing automation with the 3 phase motor, conveyor, hydraulics, have the best experience especially if they started in welding or diesel. Gtg some out of the tech schools but having to go over the extra hrs needed and on call nature. Anyone else finding...- Villwash
