    PDQ Shipping Frustrations

    Anyone else experiencing long delays in shipping from PDQ? Ordered a part Monday AM and was just told by our distributor that PDQ is trying to get it out the door today, Friday PM. This means our wash will be shut down for 1.5 weeks waiting on a part. That seems pretty unreasonable to me.

    LW 4000 Gatlin Guns

    Our Gatling Guns aren't spinning. Any suggestions? Water is coming out, they just aren't spinning. Thanks in advance!

    LW 4000 Problems

    We are getting numerous "Over-length front" and "front eye fail" faults. Cleaned the eyes, had a PDQ tech work on it, and we're still having trouble. After the tech was here, it wash about 25 cars before acting up again. He said he adjusted some relays. Any suggestions where to go from here?
