I guess I am not a customer for AutoWash no longer. Just getting too old for a lot of this new stuff.
One good thing is they will reduce most vandalism. However, someone who is HI does not see there is no cash in the bays, only bills at the Kiosk. I have seen the meters distorted when the...
I know that NFC wallet is in most but not all Android phones. I do not want my cell phone to have my credit card information available, that is just me. As for Tap To Pay, I do use it from time to time but have found that several service stations, C-stores and grocery stores in this area still...
It may or may not be. As you very well know a lot of people do not own an I phone. So why miss out on the other revenue from customers who do not trust phone wallets.
So you are not warred about the 40 /50% of your customers who whose credit cards are Chip and mag strip only. I do not have any phone pay setup and do not plain on it, too much security issue as I see it.
How do you build something reasonably if you do not use components built from across the glob. Ever electronic component, timers, acceptors bill validators and controller in the wash, most of the guts in pumps, have parts from southeast Asia -China, Korea, etc, India also.

Do not assume that the common / neutral wires are all white. MarkVII, Clean Concept and others used Black for their common. D&H used Purple for common as well.
Hoffman / American Changer has their HS metal tokens. They use some of the same metals as Van Brook. I would get samples and test as you may not need to change anything. For security tokens it appears the IDX Xmark tokens with their X12 is an option other than Van Brook bimetal tokens.
Matt, I agree with you. My IDX extra time has proven to me that customers will keep adding quarters to finish the wash. In most cases they add more than my stat up $2.00 4 minutes .
I got in touch with them via email sales@idxinc.com yesterday. They say the phones have issues due to construction in the area. You can call one of their other lines, 870-862-3468 extn 104 is Mike's number
I prefer using a procon pump running at 125- 150PSI with 3/8 tubing or 1/4 HP hose. That way you have the pressure to open up the check . .valve quickly and move water out of the way so the chemical comes out. You will have to increase your air on the line up to 75 to 100 psi depending on...
Me personally prefer the people at RA-Lock in Cedar Hill, TX 1-800-777-6310. The stock a large variety of locks like Medico- Gem - Master/American and others along with a lot of accessories.
I'm just an old car washer who has seen a lot of changes over the last 40+years now but not much really has changed as we are still just selling time. I remember when a vacuum was a dime for 4 minutes and a bay was a dime for 5 minutes for Wash Rinse and maybe wax.
