Yes, you are right and I'm glad! :) As a SS operator, I rely on Laurel Vending and Fragramatics products. If Kleen-Rite hadn't bought them, hard to say what might have happened to those companies. Maybe they would have closed, or been bought out by an investor or another manufacturing...

I've had good success using a heat gun & synthetic lubricant to loosen the stuck locks. Don't torch it, just enough heat to warm it up.

I was buying the rubber bumpers from a local car wash supplier, but they were getting expensive, while the rubber quality was going down. I couldn't find the same ones from Kleen-Rite. I did some research and found an unlikely alternative... rubber feet for stereo speaker cabinets on eBay...
