wash over 100 CPD, & only comes first of the month. So..... waht do they do when they run outta soaps & Waxes, after day 20?

Our July weather was AWFUL. in N, Tx. WOrst July in 14 years. But AUg has been unreal good so far!

$6 a wash & $3 Vacs you should be killing it! We just went up to $2 SS & $1.50 Vacs, & are doing really good. Wish you could find a good cleanup guy. I go by after Church on Sundays, for 20 minutes, collect my money , pay y cleanup guy & leave.

So you believe I'd need to get a sublease from the guys whom are currently leasing? What potential snags should i be wary of?

I think im willing to be the Guinea pig, with some help. I will find out how much the lease will be. Didvide it up, between 20 of us, & we all put in about $$1500, so as not to break anyone. If it does good, I will pay back $1000 of that exploratory fee. We can all start leasing these Hot spots...
