Bert, keep your eyes open for some activation options that cryptopay will be able to do. I was talking with them in ac and they are working to finish up a way to activate a bay, vac wash through your cryptopage. I liked what they were showing and sounds like it will be operational soon.
damn and here I just thought you were a grumbly old guy, and now your offering us all a free alaska cruise!! You are the man! Ill check with the wife. Can you get us more details on the itinerary? Or post a link to the cruise? I have always wanted to do an Ak cruise.
If its "IDX" I would STAY AWAY!! Run fast. My buddy paid through the nose for an IDX system about 5 years ago. He hates it. Nothing but problems, has to call IDX anytime he wants to make a change on a unit or pricing. Has had 8 readers break. He wants to change to Cryptopay, but is having a hard...
I have 2 locations with Cryptopay. 1 Location 7 bays, 7 vacs 1 Iba. My overall CC use is about 30%. 2nd location 4 bays, 12 vacs 1 Iba. CC use is about 80%. I have to add CC to vacs at location #2. I am losing a ton of $$$$ because no one in the area carrys cash. I see people leave and when I do...
I have 2 iba's with lorex in both. aside from cleaning the lense with a dab of hf every few weeks they have been fime. I made a plastic enclosure for the connection to be inside of.
Dixmor is a standup company. Great to deal with very helpful and dependable. IDX,??? well not so much. no help, no service and dependability not so much anymore!!
There should be a pin inside that pipe to keep the foamer pad in place. At least in my High Velocities there is. Its just odd that it is a random event?? Would lead me to believe a valve or solenoid is sticking randomly. If something was lodged somewhere you would think it would be more...
Both my machines are about 6' inside the door opening. Most people drift left a bit and this forces them opposite that. I believe Washworld layout recommends it that way.
Those lex air valves do wear out in time. They are passing a ton of water and cavitation through them. Also try to turn off your pumps circuit breaker and switch your mac valve off and on for each the uc and arch and check that you are getting air through each proper air line. Sounds at this...
Are Credit Cards really costing you more? This has been an ongoing discussion. How much is your time worth? With credit cards people spend how much more? I dont have to collect it, sort it, count it, take it to the bank or the safe and I dont have to worry about being jacked taking it wherever...
I usually turn the air off and get the chemical flow I am looking for to the bays, then start to adjust the air to get the lather that I am looking for. Start with furthest bay from equip room then when finished that turn them all on and make any small adjustments.
Yeah modify the Coleman bracket thats there! Hammer out the two sides that are bent into the bracket and I believe you just flip it over. You can either zip tie the timer in or use good 3m double sided trim tape or both.
I friend of mine with a wash not far from me purchased IDX CC system same time I put Cryptopay in. That was about 5 1/2 years ago. He wishes he followed me with Cryptopay!! He has had nothing but problems with them, he has had numerous units break, very intermittent service, had to rewire his...
I use a few Omron Zen plc's. I use one for my bays, I have a light over each selector box in each bay that turns off and on with a plain intermatic timer. Then 3 other lights in each bay that are programmed on the zen to come on with the bay timer and stay on for 10 minutes after timer shuts off...

We did ours ourself. A 4 1/2" angle grinder, actually I think we burned one out!! Go get a couple lenox masonry diamond wheels at Lowes, cut them out to the size of the new box and morter the new ones in. I have 7 bays we did 3 bays one day, and did the other 4 bays a few days later after we got...
