Is anyone have Nayax offline. I have 3 locations and all. Are showing offline. System failure? I have both types of SIM cards so I doubt this is the problem

Maybe they set up with external stop. I have some locations with external stop and will most likely do all location.

On the screen do you see in the lower left corner a red X and in the middle of the screen a bar that says stop. Are you using an external stop button?

Does it accept a credit card? And does the screen show a count up timer?

Call them Monday and they will set up. Just because you have onboarding ready doesn’t automatically turn reader on.

Crytopay was easy. Nayax is a computer that can do so much more than Crytopay. They should offer a dummy down system that is programmed to Carwash so we can view software that pertains to our industry.

Harry is worthless along with everyone at Nayax. I have over 40 units and they don’t return calls. I keep trying to get help changing a bank account for my readers for over 6 months. Need child accounts to separate locations.

Have Nayax turn off screen stop and they have to activate the external stop on their end.
