Despite our shared love of herbicide :cool: we have actually spent some time and effort to plant out our garden beds with a range of Australian natives which are low maintenance and do help to lift the appearance of the site. The native plants also tend to fit with our setting in a rural town.

You also have to wonder what caused the business to be abandoned. Possible that it was ill health of owners etc. but maybe that location was just no good for a carwash.

Funny, the perception in Australia seems different. I have to explain to folks that it is a lot of hard, dirty work for relatively modest returns. And certainly not glamorous!
