It’s very frustrating. I used to work tech support for a telecom company. If a customer had an outage, it was priority 1. Nobody had any sense of urgency when I had the issue.
Had the same issue a couple weeks ago. Verizon changed something with how they process payment over the air is what I was told. I use Nayax and they were the ones that made a change and fixed it. If you have Nayax call them and have them lookup Lighthouse Car Wash and they may be able to see...
Transactions fine. Beacon mobile runs my app. This morning I am not able to activate any reader from MoMa now. Says machine not responding. Got a call into Beacon and Nayax.
I'm unable to process any Beacon Mobile transactions via my Nayax readers today. Keep getting "try another card", or "temporarily cannot process" on the Nayax screen. Anyone else have issues?
Thanks,

How does the transaction work? Can you press the WS2 wash package, then it prompts for the payment? Or do you have to process the card first, then select the wash? It appears that the main LCD screen gets replaced. Does this play well with everything else like Unitec's specials, codes, etc...
I know there has been a lot of posts on adding Nayax to a WS2. I'm curious if anyone has this kit installed and if they are happy with the operation.

I have a Razor from 2016 with a CAT 3535. Shows 100,000 washes. I noticed some oil on top of the pump about a week ago and thought the oil looked a little funky. I dumped the oil and refilled with CAT oil to the red dot. The old oil in the pan looked perfectly fine. Not milky or anything...
Unfortunately, I still struggle with the chemicals. Manufacturer recommended to put 2 tips on the injectors. Meaning screw one into the injector and then push one in the tube before pushing on the injector stem. I hate this because it's all just a guess. As mentioned above, I have started to...
I use the Hard Shell and love it. I also lay ICE over it. I was amazed at how it makes swirl marks disappear and beads water like crazy when it rains. It's not cheap, but customers know the Turtle Wax name and I advertise it at the washes. I would highly recommend.

Has anyone added Nayax readers in count down mode to their vacs using only the AT-400 flat pak timers? I would like to add cards to the vacs, but don't want to redo face plates and add LED7 timers just to make it work. I know voltage to the Nayax will have to be taken care of with a...
I've been doing some research on self serve chemicals. I know no 2 are a like, but wanted to get some opinions on the Kleen Rite brand of chemicals. I'm looking for some more cost effective selections on my self serve bays but will not sacrifice cleaning ability. My questions are only...
Installing new GinSan meters with D&S Self Wash pump stand. We ran into an issue with the PLC's being 24V DC and the meter push button modules using 24V AC. Not a huge deal. The fix is to use a relay bank on each bay to essentially activate each press of the push buttons on the meter. I...
