You’re most likely wasting your time. As I posted in your other thread, this relic has been discontinued so long, you will be hard pressed to find anything to repair it with.
That hopper was discontinued in the late 80s. Parts have long since dried up, and I would be surprised if you could even find a used one. Watch for a used square hopper, and Randy can probably help you get converted to the current style.
This express wash insanity probably has everyone on edge. Ethics in that segment don’t seem to be that plentiful and operators feel like that any day one is going to be built in their laps. It appears the tide is turning for them and we’ll see who is left standing in the end. I feel sorry for...
Thanks to MEP001, here's a trick I've used to figure out which bay is the culprit. Run all bays until the HP hose gets warm and then shut them all off. The one that cools off the quickest is most likely the problem. Of course, this is assuming hot HP and cold weep. If that's not the case, adjust...

I know you guys have been on pins and needles wondering what I ended up doing, so I figured I would post an update. After testing, we found that although my water was high in iron, sulfur wasn't present, but I had coliform bacteria. So, now I have a Kinetico 4060S OD water softener, a UV light...
I had an identical tank at one of my washes. The brand is Magic Wand. The far left tank on mine was hot rinse water. If I remember correctly, they are in Bristol, VA. The company name might be Istobal now.
