To transfer the program, you will need a Mitsubishi FX-20P HPP with the proprietary RYKO software. The newer models (FX-30P) may also work, but they would also need the RYKO software and be in the FX2N mode. I've seen them on EBAY, but RDM may also have older ones. If you don't have the...
Make sure to use loctite on those bolts at the top of the brush core to ensure they stay firmly attached to the reducer flange. If you have customers running into the rear arm shafts, you may want to put bollards in place to help guide them more towards the center of the bay
Those dollies should work fine. When the machine is shipped, we use a metal angle-iron framework that bolts to the bottom edge of the frame, and it ties the arms in so they are closed. Then we have a set of dollies that are put in the 4 corners. If you want to keep the frame square, you could...
The arms are brought in through the air cylinders based on the pressures they are set to. The labels on the regulators should always be considered as the maximum. They should be adjusted to they bring the arms in smooth, but soft. Most front and rear arms operate best with their "air in"...
There are a lot of different things that could be possible. I would recommend you get an experienced tech out there to inspect the machine before you would reopen it to the public. The first thing I would recommend is that you try doing a brush wet down test in the test functions, and look at...
A code 8Y doesn't actually exist, so not sure why/how you would be seeing that. Where are you seeing it, on the 2 digit display, or in the HPP? We don't have any alpha characters in a 2 digit code, so if it's on the 2 digit display, sounds more like a bad display. The only place to...
When the machine travels rear to front, the front arms should retract using the front arm return solenoid. While the gauge setting is 60PSI, it will usually be set a little less than 60 as normal return pressure. There is a small flow control valve used to soften the retract so they don't slam...
That's great news! If you are having issues with the retract, in addition to the retract pressure regulator and to the needle valve used to soften it, make sure the air cylinder hinge clevis pins are lubricated too. You should be able to shift those pins up/down to ensure good movement.
It depends on what type of coinbox you are using. If it is a Ryko coinbox, it's likely using network arming, so you would need to troubleshoot the network. If you are using someone else's activation, it should be sending a 24VDC signal to the PLC. Package 1 is input X30, package 2 is X31, etc...
If you are asking about the filter bag with the spring, that was P/N 11987-001, but unfortunately is no longer available. If you are asking about the 18-1/2" diameter dust bag option, while we don't have them, Vintage Parts has our older inventory and they have the 16941-001 bags in stock...
Typical stone chips, and agree with Dan there is no way the wash caused that. What I have seen is someone using the color-match waxes to hide imperfections, and any foam material can remove that which reveals them.
If your US2001 OHD is a unit with trolley ultrasonic sensors, is your PLC output Y32 on, or is Y31 on instead? Y32 is control power and needs to be on for the coinbox to detect the machine is ready to wash.
A code 74 should clear on it's own if the sensors are OK once it runs a complete wash...
The "connected solution" will be at ICA through a portal and app. New units are shipping with the components to bring a machine online. Initially, the connected solution will include machine status notifications, diagnostics codes/sequences with descriptions and counts with future updates to...
No, our PLC programmer for the SGMX5 has been with us for several years, and is still writing the code. I'm glad to hear you are satisfied and that it's cleaning well!
