The bearings in the gantry that hold the wall boom, this is the second time the top one has gone bad, and other 1.0 or 2.0s Ive seen around the state the boom is sagging and looks like the bearing is bad.
Anyone with a 1.0 or 2.0, ever replace the boom bearings inside the gantry? Have you ever tried to put a shield on them to keep the top one in gantry from going out so quick? We have replaced them and just wondering if a shield would make them last longer.
I am having touble with tokens. We sell aluminum tokens and the ones we are getting don't feel like alum. but the x10 still accepts them. I have reprogramed with just quarters and our tokens. Has anyone else had this problem and is there a fix?

Yes, the paper cutter gets jammed, a new one cost $1000.00. Have to update the whole printer system, the factory that built the old ones in china burned down.
When you run a wheel test the gantry passes the end of tract prox, and hits the stops and times out because the wheels have run too long, but when you run the gantry manually it stops at the end of tract flag. Any ideas.
We updated to the new I 5000 where the cat pump pumps the spot free through all the nozzles, it uses so much that on fairly busy days it runs the sf tank dry. Any suggestions?
