Close ball valve until pump starts to cavitate then move back just enough so pump sounds normal again. Also, I needed to replace the solenoid valves on my two WW 1.0's at about 7 years old. This could definitely be the problem.
My experience as well. Will sell all the equipment in one of my bays for $5k. Includes coinboxes, tubs, credit card acceptance, everything for $5k. National Pride is who I bought it off of.
They showed up at my older wash unannounced about 6 months ago and tested 3 vacuums and 3 SS bays. They put stickers on each one and then left me a report in the mailbox reporting their findings. Everything checked out OK and that one vac was giving an extra 15 seconds of time. I am not sure...
I use these on my WW 1.0. They will not work on your 2.0 but they last longer than any rod end I have ever used. For that matter, they really do not wear out! One problem though, the squeak more than any others you will use. I replace mine once a year just because I think I should. None of them...
Dave Clark retrofitted a WW 1.0 with a low pressure Rain X arch of some sort. He used to spend more time on the ACF but I know he has full plans and techniques for doing this because he shared them with me. Dave, are you out there?
I need to do the same. I am anxiously awaiting responses. I was considering getting replacement doors from my distributor and building something myself. My Coleman distributor has reported good results with the Washcard system he installed to replace his swipe n clean but I found the integration...
Depending on your track height you probably do not need to jack up the gantry to change wheels and bearings. Actually you might not need to get underneath it all on a WW 2.0 for bearings and wheels but on a WW 1.0 you need to break loose the transmission and lovejoys to get the drive wheels off...
I am not sure the mfg, but I use marine grease in a green tube from Advanced Auto. Actually I found the link to what I use. http://shop.advanceautoparts.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_synthetic-waterproof-high-temperature-grease-green-grease_7070077-p?searchTerm=grease
Seems to be OK. The...
I am assuming you are referring to a Coleman unit. I never had to change mine (knock on wood) but thought I needed to a while back. In my estimation, after looking at it, I do not think it would be any harder than swapping out a drive motor. Of course, you will need to deal with how Coleman...
There is a previous thread on this. I tried using a Dixmor LED 6 with a Coleman combo vac and had trouble with the toggle functions. It might have been because I had a PCB borad and a Swipe N Clean. Dixmor and I tried to troubleshoot but I ended up sending it back because it was problematic.
I am waiting on responses. I converted a wash bay and put in two dog wash bays. After two years I have lack luster numbers. I might be priced wrong. $7 for 9 min 20 seconds (20 seconds added to warm up water). Not doing near the numbers that I heard the owners of the KR dog wash do in central...
I think I got this all figured out, but in the future I will be buying the fragmatics brush head assembly and swapping out their toggle switch with the switch Coleman uses. KR sells them for $15.00
