Good info. Thanks. I asked about the pm and he said it depends on volume and about every 2 weeks, less in slow seasons. He said it’s just greasing and visual checks and will only take 15 minutes. I do look forward to your issue and how it’s resolved.

That’s good info on the wash prep bucket for an unattended wash, thanks. A courtesy towel station is a good cheap addition. We have had many comments from customers how much they like it. We do lose a few towels but mostly people are respectful and return them. We also leave a cheap leaf blower...

I think it’s a great idea although we are a self serve and don’t have any employees so that is our downfall. Its something to think about, maybe we could offer it while we are onsite in the mornings. Thanks!

Interesting info. We have a Unitec Portal TI. The software can handle gift cards or codes as well as has a loyalty program at no extra charge (unless buying cards) I give out codes for the loyalty program. Does the Wash Select not offer this? My other question is I have Cryptopay in all SS bays...

We used to leave out Windex and that was taken a few times. Then we left out Sam’s Club glass cleaner, it was used often but only had one stolen.

Prescrub buckets for the automatic, what does this involve and how often do you change whatever is in the bucket?

We always offer a code for a free wash with an expiration date, depending on the situation it could be 7 days or a few months (I notice they appreciate this but often they won’t use the code and I like to keep my codes lists up to date).
