Laserwash G5 intermittent arm rotation fail

"local company says it needs new motor, gearbox, encoder, swivel, and a bunch of small parts… decent bill." Sounds like parts changers instead of technicians.

    Vacuum has no power

Did you remove the green/black wire from the blue/black wire? How did you determine the motors are bad? You are getting V1 02 on the screen when the timer starts for a reason. I sent you a PM

    High pressure blowing fuses

I would unhook the motor starter wire at the starter, turn on a high pressure function and see if fuse blows. If it does, you got a short in the motor starter wire, if not, probably a shorted coil on the starter. Should be able to unhook wire from A1 and A2 on the starter and see if you get...

    Vacuum has no power

After reading @OurTown comment about you wiring in a new Led 6 timer and looking at this picture you posted, it sure looks to me that you have the blue/black wire (24vac timed load) tied in with the green/black (12vdc negative for a horn). If that is the case, that ain’t going to work.

    Coin Box

Keno, I'm a little confused, I understand about the relay and why it's needed, but thought the Nayax Vpos had two wires in the harness that powered the relay? What exactly is the power supply needed for? Only thing I can think of, is if it is on a vac that only has 120V and is needed to power...

    Hydrominder Screens on inlet?

When I had my two washes, all hydrominders had filter screens on the inlet side. Not sure why you wouldn’t have them.
