Wow 6 ml is not much
I m about 25 ml
I m applying thru arch as well- speed 9
On my razor 3 - hp rinse/conserv is the application ahead of graphene
( conserv is set at 400psi)
I have about a 10 second delay programmed to allow the arch to fill before it moves.
But - having said all that
I do...
if its pulsing all the time-
How old is your pump?
When I have a pulsing pump -
I have CAT 310’s
Its usually 1 of 2 things
1) pressure regulator is going bad
Or
2) the o rings and plastic pieces on the valves in the pump head are deteriorated
I ll weigh in on this-
You/they are correct carnuba and ceramic are like oil and water. Absolutely no benefit.
Graphene - if its good quality, is as hydrophobic as ceramic.
Is more durable and makes ceramic harden quicker and shine longer(durability)
Thats why we put the graphene on before...
Working the wash yesterday this car rolled in. We washed a ton of ugly cars but this was the worst caked on one we saw.
We got a burst of snow across central ohio and pa early saturday morning. The DOT’s were using up the salt budget just in case spring is arriving.
I thought about some...
I stared at the ceiling in bed half the night it seems thinking about that ?
A couple things
1) I was surprised that the quality difference of ceramics is probably greater than any of the products we use on an IBA
You know, pre soaks tend to be sodium hydroxide etc and acid is acid.
(I still...
To clarify
I do not use Silk in my IBA
I use Silk in my self serve bays
I use Nova in the IBA
Apply Zenith then the Nova
Silk is an extreme hi end product
As is Zenith graphene
I m not sure you would use both of those together
Someone from the company could better answer that ?
So 3 weeks ago, after the severe cold snap, I installed my new top wash without telling anyone.
It’s my current top wash with the addition of Zenith graphene.
I wanted to experiment with it some more before I ordered the new menu boards.
As stated on the “eyebrow thread” I spent some time...
Some of the top meteorologists are in the agriculture industry.
They spend more time looking at trends.
A presentation at the Cattle Industry Convention in Orlando caught my attention.
(Weather is important for car wash planning as well so I thought I d share)
The presentation was long
But...
You mis understand me
I was talking to two guys from Ohio
I never said anything about all regions
What we do in Ohio is different than what they do in Texas and Oklahoma
Or red clay soils of Alabama/tennessee
No matter where you are
I m sorry, I think eyebrow removal is important.
Here ya go
yes it is a keeper
the product is Plazma
Hi ph presoak from Chemquest
Started testing in May
Plazma is the first thing applied to vehicle
With Plazma’s 3 modes of action
Its got de-bug - and two modes of alkaline cleaning
It does not need boost - its already included in the product...
There are 4 pages of posts on this thread
Quit a few are from me
I thought this thread was done
So one last post
I believe that chemical quality and accuracy of application is of utmost importance!

If he came out and looked at it-
What did he say?
Did he not gave a solution?
Being the low price person in town is a losing proposition.
I bought a wash 2 years ago
5 miles from my other wash in another town
At the time it was $6-$7-$8- $9
I could not believe it 🤦♂️
Hauled the D&S to the recycling center
Fixed it up- put in a used Razor
