Anybody got a source for these vac filters? These are at a site I just took over, there were 4 new ones in the attic, I've now used 2 of the 4 new ones on the worst 2 vacs.
It is pricey to do but i had this exact same conversation with Chip at Laurel, better off to buy 3 column than retrofit single columns. I Have 2 sites, one i have Electronic with Credit Card, the other is newly acquired and does quarters only site wide, needless to say im upgrading a bunch of...
Will be ordering New Meter Boxes for a new site in the next 2 weeks. I am familiar with Slug Buster in my existing wash. Not familiar with the QL. I have IDX in my laurel vending and they seem to be okay.
Randy im good with the coin acceptors etc. I just havent messed with a hamilton changer since about 2005, and wasnt sure about the conversion process on it.
SO
1. New pay out wheel since my tokens will be larger than Quarters. 1.073" x .075" is the token size
2. changing the pay out settings...
Ok, i own 1 wash now that I run American changers and dispense $1 security tokens and i absolutely love them.
I am buying another wash that has a hamilton changer that dispenses quarters. The current Changer Only has 1 hopper/validator etc installed as pictured. All the parts are there and...
Im buying another wash, the Vaults are cemented in and the vault doors are currently combination locks that you have to use the removable dial to open. Can the Vault doors be re worked to operate with a key? I hate spending time with combinations. Keys are much simpler.
Im going to venture to guess that there will always be card read errors or other problems no matter what service or vendor you select. I know for a fact that one of my personal cards will not read at all at Lowes (swipe or chip), dont know why, it works everywhere else i just pull out another...
If the power is "flickering" the UCC , the UCC doesnt know nor can send the system stop in fault because the unit has lost power. When the power is regained the UCC can send the system stop out because the system now has power to do so.
1 way to isolate the problem would be to use a different water supply when you see the foamy "rinse" water. isolate the water supply by pulling your supply lines off the rinse tank to the pump and use a 5 gallon bucket of "fresh" water instead. If its still foamy then turn your soap ball...
No I wouldn't adjust any measurements online, if it's only been a 1 time thing. The only thing I'd adjust without being on site would be turning the mirror detailer off. If you don't know what the actual measurements are you could do more harm than good by throwing random numbers at it.
Start by measuring from the end of the carriage to where the side sonars are mounted each side. If it's offset one way or the other you'll need to correct the offset. Attached is a screen shot of my offsets my machine is positioned 2 inches closer to the passenger side of the bay in relation to...
"End plate" is the end of the bridge. If yours is set at 20 if the side sonars sense the vehicle is 20 inches or less of the side of the machine it will disable the mirror detailer. Although for this to work properly you also have to have the sonar offsets set correctly
The only way to avoid the impact is to change the fault zone settings for the mirror detailer, disable the mirror detailer all together, or set the machine up to wash all vehicles wider (i would not do this one personally) .
