Yeah we have always used simoniz or jbs in the past. I heard Kleenpak is much better that the other kleenrite 5 gallon ultra concentrates they make.

How do you like the Kleenpak High PH. We are thinking of switching to this from powder due to the added convenience.

From what I have heard and read over the years the Petit is a speedy workhorse. I know a lot of people swear by razors though as well. If I was personally putting in a new wash I would also go with a petit because of the low maintenance.

Is your IBA you are looking to take out not cleaning well or functioning properly? If you are putting out good cars and the community is happy with your wash I personally wouldn't change it up unless repairs on machine were adding up or nearing end of its life cycle.

What presoaks are you currently running in your IBA?

What super concentrates would you recommend? We have purchased from kleenrite always so it would be nice if it was something they stocked.

We run our wax and ceramic in different washes. Ceramic Top. I do not have any experience with turtle products though as we run simoniz.

Curious what you recommend as a good strong powdered presoak that is still safe for equipment and cars. We have tried inbay turbo powder, simoniz correct, and super wash. Not to concerned on the cost as most powders are still cheaper than liquid presoak. Any input would be greatly appreciated...

7.5-8. We Didnt go with a low ph triple foam since we didnt want high ph presoak to be as neutralized when triple foam goes on top of it. We do low ph, dwell, High PH, dwell, triple Foam, then HP Rinse. Show actually looks super good going on top of the presoak since it looks extra bubbly.

35K is town size. It is the first big tunnel to come in to town. So I think a big part of it is the wow factor for people driving past it.
