Mep001, Yes, they were the same part number. They looked exactly like the ones I replaced. They worked great when they were new - very bright compared to the old ones. Some of the modules appear to have failed completely, and the others are mostly out. Thanks JPRB

Well, the new LED modules have mostly failed. Displays are worse than the originals. Any ideas why they failed so quickly? Time for new timers?

Does someone make an extension for the grease gun connection? I have several bearings that have covers over them that make greasing them very inconvenient. ( I've searched the internet but haven't found any. Probably using the wrong "terms") JPRB

There are a couple of bolts that hold the spray arm to the trolley. I had steel bars (about 5 lbs ea.)drilled to sit over the bolt holes. Used longer bolts and attached them there.

Our oval track had expanded metal on top of the track. It had been welded on when new. It came off with wear over the years. We used an air chisel and removed all of it. As long as the track heat is working (in freezing temps) and the red roller skate wheels on the sides are not locked up...

I use rubbermaid type trash cans in the vac islands, and 45gal Hexagon containers around the building. I use 39gal drawstring bags, and 55 gal bags, both from Sam's Club. Sam's has best price I've found on a bag that will hold up to most of the trash loads.

After changing all four (one to each bay) check valves at the manifold above each bay, the system has been working properly (for almost a year now!) I assume the back pressure from the leaking check valves was locking up the flojet pump.

Shut the air off (at a valve, not just the regulator) and run a wash. If the problem stops, that's your culprit!

It sounds like the air solenoid valve is leaking and forcing the remaining presoak in the line on out into bay. (There is no solenoid on the presoak, right?) It may have trash in it, or it be deteriorating and needs repaired or replaced. JPRB
