Where do you buy the kit for this and we run a 30 gallon of low pre soak would I just need a 5 gallon how much of the PH 2 booster would I be using? I read on the website that it helps save money as you don't have to run as much pre soak because it makes it stronger?

I have never thought of adding a booster, great info thanks guys. So you only add the booster to the high PH what about the low PH? Also do you dwell in between low to high PH soaks and if so how long I currently have it set to dwell for 8 seconds after both high/low pre soaks are applied...

What product have you found to be the best for touchless pre soaks? I am having trouble getting the cars cleans especially bugs off the windows, any help would be great and also how much dwell time are you using and do you dwell inbetween low and high pre soaks?

Does hot water work better with all chemicals? I am currently using hot water for carnauba wax, tri color foam, rain-x, drying agent and both high and low pre soaks. Anyone have an idea on how many gallons of water are used for the chemical applications on a PDQ 360 plus?

My water softener regenerates after a set number of gallons goes through it so no matter what hardness it is it will regenerate the same amount, should I be doing this differently being I am only at 8 hardness?

If I washed 2 cars 1 with soft one with hard water, my hard level is at 8 so its fairly soft already do you really think I would even notice a difference in wash quality, the way I look at it is I won't have hard water spots on the car in places I couldn't dry or the spot free didn't fully rinse.

Is it recommended to use soft water for high pressure rinse on a touchless? We are doing an install and setting it up this way and think the only downfall is using a lot more salt but overall a better wash, whats everyones thoughts on this?

I am trying to decide if I want to do the app menu or text menu with graphics for rain x and hot wax, I feel the app doesn't explain what your getting well enough but then again do our customers actually read the menu?
