That's CRAZY! Pay no more than $15,000 for a boiler designed for a pool so it will not rust out. Still overkill using something like that. That thing better run for free for 10 years.
I wasn't aware of the ability to generate one time use codes. That's a feature that might make it worth the $25 per month fee, I assume that's per location. Can anyone verify this feature?
Does anybody have any personal experience with an electric driven conveyor? I have only used hydraulic driven conveyors and was curious about any huge negatives of the electric drive. The only thing I see off the top of my head is the trench flooding and water and electricity don't mix very well.
I am interested in this process as well. I discontinued the swipe n clean years ago but still have the stupidly expensive birds and timers. I have wanted to convert for along time, but have never researched it enough to pull the trigger. I have some doors without bill acceptors and the timer...
We had to replace a perfection gearbox and motor with whatever the replacement that Sonnys now recommends on the front to back mitter in less than a year. Gearbox was shredded. I was hoping that is was only an issue with the front to back mitter, but it looks like it could be an issue on the...
Anyone know how to setup a "poke stop" at a business? Figured I might as well try to take advantage of the craze while it lasts. Seems like an easy way to attract customers...
We paid over $4,000 for our Cummins JetScan iFX. I feel like I got ripped off after reading this thread...still worth every single penny! I hated hand counting money from 11 different locations and it took so much time. Now I can accomplish the task in under 3 hours if I stay focused and away...
I am having the same issues and I have programmed the timer to 0 blowdown cycles and it still blows out the liquid after ever use, no matter how cold it is outside. Its frustrating for sure
I have a couple of goldlines with this same issue and I am not sure if the validator is the issue or the universal relay block is the issue. The enable light is off on the relay block and it's like the enable relay is weak. While leaving the power on, I can unplug the validator and the enable...
Yes they do. The circuit board in the push button controller has compuwash on it. Thats interesting....
I did install a power source directly under the push button controller and eliminated the power wire being ran along with the com wires in the same conduit and it seems to have eliminated...
We have been in touch numerous times and cannot seem to pinpoint the cause of the problem. Thats the problem with a sporadic issue, hard to identify the cause. we will get to the bottom of it eventually. I will try to contact them today and see if they have any other suggestions. Thanks
Have any of you that have the Sonny's Wash Pilot system with the push button controller ever had any issues out of the push button controller not responding or losing connection with the wash pilot. We keep having random occurrences where all the lights will light up on the push button...
Its a pain to get off...The hardest part is getting the lovejoy removed from the shafts of the boom and the boom tilt actuator. Once they are removed, you can tilt one side up and out and then the other, after removing the bearings from the guide rod... Pretty straight forward after getting the...
80 psi should be more than enough pressure on the liquid line. Try cutting the air completely off and see what psi your pump is producing without the air.
