I would try to settle on a 50% figure. The new owner would want to keep the loyal customer base for future business so I think they should be willing to pay. I assume you are selling the wash card at prepaid basis.
What company has a good distributor in your area? The key to a good touchless is the chemicals and not so much the machine. The machine provides the sizzle but you provide the steak by getting the ride chemical setup for your area and keeping it up and running. Ryko, Mark 7, laser, Wash World...
I have been replacing my puck style pumps with centrifical pumps of the same horse power and been very happy with the results. No more replacing the booster pumps all the time.
I tried that once with a Hamilton credit card to token machine. Do not waste your money. Bite the bullet and get the readers in the bays. I never did over $50 in a month with the credit card to token vendor. I do thousands per month with a credit card reader in the bays.
Yes they can be retrofitted. They are just a big round disk that mounts over the inlet of the fan sitting back off a few inches. A plastic blower housing is quieter that a metal housing.
Your mixing valve is used so that cold water coming back from the slab does not hit the exchangers at such a cold temperature. It will shorten your boiler life if you hit the exchanger with cold water.

I use the coiled hose for my foam brush and add the clear plastic hose with fiber reinforcement over the barbed ends. It las for years and prevent the brass from cutting the soft coiled hose.
I have never had that issue and only thing I can think of is possibly is a voyage issue. You might try swapping one of the wires for the incoming voltage.
I have a whole set of extractors that I bought from a local plumbing supply house. It has about 20 pieces that go up in size. Short of that you can go to a hardware store and get a easy out. Remember they turn in reverse and tighten as turn them. sometimes it helps to pound them in a little at...
I remember when I first started 30 years ago the Wonder Wash chain was growing pretty strong sticking to the small markets. I don't hear much about it anymore. SS washes take more time than most people think. They have to be checked several times per day 365 days per year. Some might have a...
Think of the SS car wash industry like a drive in movie theatre. It is more of a nostalgia thing to go to one now. A few drive ins still operate in the black but most have found the land is worth more than the income they generate. Come to think of it regular movie theatres are not doing so well...
In the programming for the Hamilton there used to be a timer from 0 to 2 seconds for the signal time that gets sent to the automatic. I had this problem years ago with my Rykos and I needed to set the timer to the maximum of 2 seconds for the signal.
