I agree with at least 1 million. That is why no one builds for just 1 automatic. You might as well have 2 IBAs and at least 4 SS bays to help spread the cost over multiple profit centers instead of just one.
Double check to see if the small black breakers are tripped. They control the small solenoids for air etc. Usually located up towards the top left of the cabinet. I have seen them cause this code in the past. It is usually a bad coil on one of the solenoids. They run several through this same...
The white paper that has the input/output list relates to the PLC. When you get the machine up and running take a small sharpie and mark each light that is on when everything is perfect and in working order. Then in the future if you have a shut down you can look and see which light is on or off...
The Etowah valley system will start the wash but if it can not get verification in 30 seconds it shuts the wash off. I get a few calls thinking they have been charged when they really haven't.
They give you 2-4 foot piece of conduit that snaps open to run the connecting wire between lights in after you attach it to the wall. In the 4 light kit you get 2 long wires with 1 attached plug in end and the other end with wires to your power source. 2- 4 foot cords with a male end and a...
I just installed 3 Ss bays with g and g lighting last week at one location. Enclosed pictures shows first bay on the left with 4 lights and the middle and right bay with only 2 of the 8 foot LED lights. Not sure you need 4 per bay to have adequate light. I am going with 2 per bay on future...
I started doing this 30 years ago with a way to lock the lids. Mine enclose a 30 gallon trash can with a hinged top. They all still look good except for a couple that have been backed into.
There may be a toggle switch located inside the goldline that sets the goldline to look for a constant on relay or a pulse. I would first find that switch and try the opposite position from where it is set. It is easy to bump the switch and cause the problem you are describing.
Why not just use a dual injector rather than 2 dostrons? I use a dual injector with no tips but use a adjustable flowmeter on each product. That way I can look at the flow meter on each car if I want and know I am getting the right amount for established titrations at flow rates. I like that I...
I have to give a shout out to my long term Ryko tech who has been servicing my washes for 30 years. I have a slow wash that I shut down in our slow, cold winter months. Over that time the VF drive went bad and we installed a spare that we had. We could not get it to run the wash right and since...
I would size for maximum use. 5 self service bays if all used on soft water at the same time would be 15 to 20 gpm. A IBA for presoak or other soft water functions could be 11 to 20 gpm. Your spot free rinse system is variable depending on how big you go but lets say 5 gpm. so you would need...
Super Kleen powder by Kleenrite is a SImoniz product with a little more bite but does not contain the surfactant that Correct has. You have to use the KLeenrite SS presoak to get the surfactant that is designed to work with the Super Kleen powder. I use a double injector to add the MC plus and...
Since 2011 there has not been anytime that a tunnel has not been under construction in my town of 70,000. WE are up to 10 tunnels now and I honestly do not see how any of them make money. My touchless auto wash business has suffered but my Ss business has boomed. I have done the free vacs with...
I would only put one automatic in at a time and only add when you have the volume. You will easily be at least 1.5 million in my research. What happens if a tunnel wash comes in? Tunnels are being built in smaller and smaller communities and not always are they built to make a profit.
