Nope. Nada. No way. For all the reasons already posted.
In addition:
1) I have trouble believing the only reason the owner was no longer able to take care of the property was illness. The fact that they sold off all the equipment leads me to believe there were probably financial and operational...
I've already discussed it with them. In their defense, with the number and variety of parts they have it's a MASSIVE undertaking to keep up with that sort of thing.
It's not. There can be a multitude of reasons for not seeing the full 33% increase in revenue. Regardless of some of the spin you see the economy is not strong. It can be easily argued that cost of living has increased by 20-30% in the last 4 years. That alone will lead to people washing their...
1) Unfortunately, that model is not capable of being programmed in the field for more that 8 coins without a programmer. The programmers retail for $445. I'd have to see if we still have any in stock
2) You can send them in to us to do a custom program. We would also need 20 of your tokens. The...
I don't unless it's very short term just to get the bay up and running until you can put in proper meterboxes with credit card readers and display timers at a minimum.
Nope. There is no output for a buzzer on a GS-7. In fact the GS-7 has been obsolete for almost 2 decades. I would strongly suggest looking at upgrading your meterboxes. How bad is the rest of the equipment? If you've still got GS-7s I suspect it isn't very good.
There isn't an output on the GS-7 for a buzzer. If you're thinking you want it to beep when coins are deposited, you cannot do that either. As a side note, the GS-7 has been obsolete for almost 20 years.
He can also claim that the sky is green. If it was original to the site, it's not worth even a fraction of that. Maybe pennies on the dollar. Who is the manufacturer, how old is it, does he have records of maintenance(I doubt it). Is he willing to let you have an outside evaluation of it done...
You stated you travel at lot for work. I hope you're not assuming that the wash would be your sole source of income. I would caution against that. Again, I've seen many, many make the same mistake.
If you're not going to be around to run it, you need to rethink the investment. Just because some clown on youtube claims it's a great, passive investment doesn't mean it is. I've seen far, far, far more absentee owners fail than succeed.
I've just now been starting to hear from some of my customers in the effected areas. One I talked to this morning said "No matter what they show on TV, it's worse"
