this customer has been using our detailing services for many years. I felt it was the right thing to do as a courtesy to call her back. However, I was very clear in my explanation of the detail process and how it Would in no way affect her heater blowing hot or cold.
heres one...
also, this doesn't answer your question but definitely get some security cameras so you can at least report the theft or any damage that happens in the future,
I have the opposite experience with Hamilton. I've got a 20 year old gold line that has been bulletproof. Very few breakdowns. I can count on half of one hand the number of parts I've ever replaced. Awesome tech-support from Hamilton. When I reloaded my automatic I didn't think twice about...
yep I've got a couple jobe topaz float valves in service and so I always keep at least one spare hanging on the wall. They're super reliable but once in a while they do go bad and it's nice to have one right there to bolt up when I need it.
Got another one recently. 15 year old BMW. Two weeks after detailing customer states heater not blowing hot. I can't see how that would have anything to do with detailing. Plus they're asking the question weeks after the service was performed.
Why wouldn't they take it to a mechanic or at least...
Gross Income multiplier is a 6. A good starting point is normally considered 3-5 x gross. How old is automatic? How many washes are on it? If it's 10 years old or older with 100k or more washes, it's due for replacement. That's expensive. The place looks decent. I'd like to see some pics...
I don't have exact figures but I would advise against any car wash project with zero discharge to a sanitary sewer system. It's a bad idea for several reasons, but the big two are achieving proper water quality with reclaim and the cost of grey water disposal. Some may disagree, but it's my...
this is why i keep cabinet doors closed and latched and i also put a piece of polyplastic over top of cabinets with a rock or something heavy on top of it. I have had many floods; it will happen.
as far as the customer is concerned, all the equipment has to be very simple and intuitive. The minute you ask the customer to do one extra little thing that seems like the easiest thing in the world to you, they can't do it. They won't do it. They won't learn and they'll get mad and blame you...
I upgraded my 20 year old Goldline with the cryptopay conversion. I have swipe and tap. I replaced the original XE validator with a Mars. This was an awesome upgrade for me and has greatly streamlined payment transactions at my IBA. I'm super happy with the outcome of this upgrade. The Mars...
I don't have signs like that. I don't think anyone would ever obey those signs anyway. If you watch the cop cam videos on YouTube they're full of people being pulled over for DUI and texting or talking on the cell phone the whole time while the officer is trying to perform the traffic stop and...
We use transmate's quick clean as our general purpose cleaner diluted about three to one with water. We use a mighty steam generator, mighty hot water carpet extractor, tornador guns and typhoon blow guns.
The key is our training. We have been detailing cars since 1985 and have never had any...
