I put cryptopay on a older Wash Select 2 and periodically when a customer swipes and selects a wash the screen will say Sale Approved but it won't activate the wash. It has done it on my bottom and middle wash so far. Has anyone had this happen or know how to fix it?
I've only had my Profile open for about a month and I wake up this morning with a nice nasty text and pictures of scratches on a BMW saying my machine scratched his car. Camera arch just paid for itself.
I have my # posted as I want to know if there is a problem. Funny thing is I know when they are off centered and I turn it back on for them when they don't even call. I had one guy leave the Profile after he was offsides and it kicked him out and pull in the Razor bay and I turned it on as he...
Washworld thinks something is going on with my side sonars and they need to log in when a dually goes through so they can watch the "Profile" of the vehicle to see what the problem is. Hopefully get it figured out soon.
Also with the touchless wheel detailers it supposedly detects duallys and the wheel detailers will be cancelled for that wash. So far I can't get my machine to wash duallys because the vehicle is so wide it thinks they are off centered and it shuts down. Same thing with trucks with wide tires...

The Profile does a really good job and we get a lot of compliments on it and so far...

Coming from only owning touch-free washes I am kind of anal about it. I just wanted to make sure I had all my bases covered. I'm most worried about people leaving their hitches on but from what I've told it should not damage the machine.
