If you have attic space, you could mount a forced air unit there. Or a roof top unit.

You'll need a second float switch for the new pump. The one you have turns on the RO when it needs to start refilling the tank, the new one should be set much lower to protect the new pump if something happens and you run out of water in the tank. Also, the one you have is sending 110 V to the...

Once a month maintenance won't work with the 1 1/2 hoses. I have to check mine at least daily, usually two or three times, to keep the smaller, longer hose from getting plugged.

I'd go RFID over license plate readers, or both for redundancy. People will figure out you're using a plate reader and start switching plates. Good RFID stickers will break when they're moved from one windshield to another.
