No, the joints were primed, glued, and assembled properly. Like I said, it was a compressed air line on a hot day. I have no idea how much air the blowers are moving or what the temperature might be. If ambient temperature was 100 degrees, a forty degree rise from the blower wouldn't be...
Not sure I'd trust PVC, enough air flow through can create enough heat to dissolve the cement and blow joints apart. Not sure about shammees but, I've seen it happen with compressed air lines.
No, the way the system works, makes dealing with theft easy to deal with but, it is something you have to spend a few minutes a day dealing with. After the first couple of months people figure out they're not going to get away with cheating you and the attempts drop dramatically.
The app is not designed specifically for your wash, it's the same app for every wash with Dencar. Someone could have passes at different washes each of those passes would show in the same app listed by location. Dencar does not get a percentage of sales, there is a yearly fee and monthly charge...
I'd be very careful about repairing or replacing leased equipment. Landlord typically get to retain any leasehold improvements at termination of the lease. Even if you retain the equipment, what are you going to do with it if they take back the building?
Yes, Dencar uses LPR to verify the being washed is the car registered to the pass. I try not to let customers know that it's reading their plates so they don't start swapping plates. They could swap plates to steal washes you would have to look at their pass history to catch them.
You're going to get more shadows with wall mount versus ceiling mount. I have four ceiling mount fixtures per bay, six in the RV bay, and no problems with shadows. The shadows will definitely be worse with your van, probably barely noticeable with cars. All my lights are on a lighting controller...
1,000 people is a very small sample size, making it very likely for the data to be skewed one way and not representative of the general population. I wouldn't put much stock in that study.
