There are several reasons for this to come up. Sometimes resetting it from Nayax Core will fix it, sometimes you need to reload the parameters. If those don't work, call support and they'll get it back online. Their support has been very good the last few times I have called
Again, it depends on the state. Utah does not require licensing for small trailers but, surrounding states do. If you are stopped in one of these states, cops will usually just let it go if your vehicle is registered in Utah.
Depends on the states you are traveling through. Easiest is to get a temporary tag from your home state and comply with their laws. If it is owned by your wash, they could classify it as a commercial vehicle and then you have to comply with the commercial vehicle code. Put it in your name.
Looks absolutely matter. You can probably update your meter boxes without replacing. I would absolutely add the ability to accept chip and tap. A good facelift can do a lot for you. Consider updating your lighting if you haven't already, make sure the place is nice and bright.
Take pictures, get good accurate measurements, and sketch what you want and take them to a fab shop. A good shop will be able to work from that. Accurate Measurements are critical!
More and more businesses are charging Convenience Fees for credit cards. I charge an added convenience fee for cards on my vending machine. As long as the extra charge is disclosed, it's fine. One wash close to me charges $6.00 for twenty minutes for card users.
There is one local credit union whose cards don't work in mine. I've had a few customers with them, overall, a very small percentage, and most have another payment they can use.
That is the hesitation I have about going with the extra tall. I think I wash enough full size trucks and SUVs that I can send those through the tall and cars through the standard. I have a customer with 5 tall vans that would use it for sure. I don't know how many others are around town that...
Dirt Buster might be good for Pre Soak, most people ignore it because they think the high pressure is what does the cleaning. I try to tell customers and have even shown people with really dirty cars how much better the Pre Soak cleans.
