I contacted Erie yesterday about the one brush I've had trouble with. Jason called me within a few hours to resolve the issue. He was honest and more than willing to stand behind his product. I get three to four months out of the regular brushes, I have one round brush that has been in the bay...
The central vacs clog as well. Canisters have more trouble with clogging because they turn off. Whatever is in the hose or arch when the vac shuts off, stays in the hose and arch. The smaller hose on arch vacs also contribute to the problem. I am thinking about trying 2" hose on one to see if...
Open a ticket online, they respond pretty quick. They don't answer the phone anymore. Did you update the temperature settings that was causing screen issues.
I have that style vacs, clogging in the hoses is an issue, they need to be checked at least twice a day. It doesn't really matter how often you check somebody will plug it 5 minutes after you checked it and the person after them will be in your office complaining about the vacuum not having any...

I would bet you are getting water in the dryer housing during the wash and that dirty water is getting blown on the car. During hot Utah summers it evaporates before the dryer comes on. I had this happen to a customers car after I had just finished washing the bay down. I sent him through and...
I disconnect the hose from the vacuum to the arch and run a fish tape through the arch and hose to clear the clogs. Much easier than dragging the ladder out, still a pain to deal with.
