The size sounds like an old RAKO automatic they were bought out by KO MFG in Springfield MO over 25 years ago. That machine uses a lot of water and will just run and run.
To replace it what are your bay dimensions including height. Where are you located and do you have floor heat to consider.
Greg,
Did you convert your washes to Cashless, if not why? Me I will no longer dispense cash, only accept it along with tokens. The only credit card will be at the Token dispenser and when my internet is down I will still accept cash and or tokens in the bays. Maybe you never have the...
Dan,
I personally know several operators on the west coast with multipool location's that are very pleased with their credit card to token dispensers. They are using the X-Mark tokens and do not get anybody's else's tokens. Also they are accepting credit cards as well on everything.
I know an operator in GA that does it. It works for after taking a couple of years for him and his attendant to train most of his customers that the stop on the rotary was to Cancel the credit card system, not just pause the services. They have to train new customers who complain that the bay...
Randy, DWS "Dynamic Wash Soultions" is a fairly new group of guys, however it is made up with wash owners and former equipment manufacturers. You can contact them at 870-862-3468 or sales@dwsequip.com. They build their own touchless IBA, tankless self-service, Auto entry Kiosks, changers...
I too have been considering cashless but too many of my customers do not have credit or debit cards. So I will be adding tokens first to my bays and vacuum . Looking at replacing my changer with a Credit Card to token machine built by DWS as they have acquired the old IDX token data base and...
Has anyone tried the CBK 360 or contour model? I here that DWS out of AR has made a deal to bring in a version that they will Americanize. They are to stock at least a couple of machines and replacement parts. They are to do support even on 16 machines around the US. If any on has interest...
Yes they are. However Kleen Rite has the marketing rights for most all of there products and will be private labling most of the elecctronics as well as keeping inventory. There ae a few OEM that are privatlabling a few parts as well.
I guess I am not a customer for AutoWash no longer. Just getting too old for a lot of this new stuff.
One good thing is they will reduce most vandalism. However, someone who is HI does not see there is no cash in the bays, only bills at the Kiosk. I have seen the meters distorted when the...
I know that NFC wallet is in most but not all Android phones. I do not want my cell phone to have my credit card information available, that is just me. As for Tap To Pay, I do use it from time to time but have found that several service stations, C-stores and grocery stores in this area still...
It may or may not be. As you very well know a lot of people do not own an I phone. So why miss out on the other revenue from customers who do not trust phone wallets.
So you are not warred about the 40 /50% of your customers who whose credit cards are Chip and mag strip only. I do not have any phone pay setup and do not plain on it, too much security issue as I see it.
