In my experience, water in the oil is due to cracked plunger or failed plunger o-ring.
High pressure water is forced past the lip of the oil seal and into the crankcase.
You have to remove the head to investigate so might as well replace the seals while you're at it.
I just reread your first post...Nevermind the LLCO!
Since the pump runs non-stop from the touchscreen, I suspect the treadle switch. (That's the pad where the car's front tire sits.)
The treadle switch is connected to one of the green Phoenix relays in the panel. When the car is in place the...
Sorry...
LLCO = Low Level Cut Off (Switch)
LWCO = Low Water Cut Off (Switch)
Same thing...different jargon
Been awhile since I've been inside a Rainmaker cabinet, but I believe the LLCO/LWCO is a simple corded float at the bottom of the water tank. The float interrupts 24 VAC to the pump's...
You should always use a Normally Open solenoid with any weep system.
In the event of a power outage no water will flow through your Normally Closed solenoid.
With a NO solenoid, the Weepmiser turns water ON by turning power OFF to the solenoid.
AFW Filters sells Purolite C110E softening resin. It's the best, IMHO. 10% crosslinked resin is especially important for chlorine resistance.
They sell on Amazon, too so if you're a Prime member it'll come freight free.
It's a Southern Pride TurboWash, or a R. Bell & Associates clone.
Don R. Havens Hydrospray made a similar unit, too.
Hydrospray in Pennsylvania might have repair parts. The Rainmaker tower fits on the TurboWash guide rail system. Kleen-Rite has replacement HydroSpray Rainmaker towers listed on...
Martins,
Simply blowing out the hoses will not prevent freeze ups. Injecting anti-freeze or winter formula windshield washer fluid into the lines will displace the residual water that collects in low spots.
Using my favorite programmable logic relay, IDEC’s FL1F-H12RCA SmartRelay… This basic...
Weepmizer’s Max output is 3 amps so with relays you can turn stuff on/off on temperature rise/fall.
I’ve used Output 2 to turn on blow outs, roof trough heaters, auxiliary heaters, boiler circulators, etc.
Output 2 is steady state so for activating PLC programs, or triggering timers and relays...
Fortunately, I have several local hose suppliers in my metro area, so I provide my customers with “made-to-fit” hoses.
3/8” single braid hose with 3/8” MPT crimp-ons for HP.
Measure from the boom to the bay floor + 3 feet.
1/4" single braid hose with 3/8” MPT crimp-ons for FB.
Measure from...
Soft water? I believe FL water supply is soap killingly hard (7-10 GPG) to extremely hard (over 14 GPG).
Kip solenoids from the “Old HydroSpray” days may have swollen plunger tips. They operate electrically but the swollen plunger tips do not open to the valve port. These old tips are black in...

Did you solve your No Soap issue?
FWIW, Your photos show Dema solenoid manifolds on the low pressure systems.
IF your soap solenoids are also Dema...I've experienced stuck plungers on Dema. Sometimes stuck closed, sometimes stuck open.
Carefully disassemble the stem and check to see if...
It's possible your bay supply hoses are saturated with soap, especially if they're original to the installation.
Easy way to test...remove the bay supply hose and install a new, short length of high-pressure hose in the equipment room. Run the pump on Rinse with the short hose into a clean...
If the water tank to pump supply hoses are 3/4” the pumps are not going to draw soap. They’re getting all the water they need. Try restricting the water supply so the pump will suck soap/wax.
Turn the pump on to the soap selection with the trigger gun tied open.
Slowly close the ball valve on...
