    Mixed denomination Bill Counter

I was in a similar situation, but decided to play hardball. Taking the deposit account elsewhere was not an option they liked. Especially when mentioning that other banks have equipment that verifies it in no time... First, the bank had us not fill out deposit slips but deposit in sealed bank...

    Mixed denomination Bill Counter

I have 2 of the 4096 and one 4098. I don't like them. I like the single pocket Jetscan much better. Had so many problems with jams, no calls, chains, and doubles (even with a new unit and having an older one refurbished by factory). After a while I had an idea: Why sort? What the heck am I...

'The Prospector" vac clean out bin~~~ ****reviews?****

Do you guys lock your vacuum trash door or something? All of our vacuums are reliably cleaned out every night by I don't know who. The bigger the lock, the bigger the prybar the cleaning crew uses. I think the better invention is a spring return trash door.

    DS5000 IBA

I have one you can copy if you drive up north about an hour. Its the only manual they supply.... Not really a 'service manual' per se...

"Oh yeah, and I would like to add a zone for Snuggles (the cat) room. Thank you Mr plumber!"

Bad juju, or how a simple problem turns into an expensive disaster

Whats a fire extinguisher good for when you want the place to burn down? Oh, and I hate to tell you this, but you will probably get a bill for that new fire extinguisher. Sorry, maybe i've been doing this too long...

    Cat 3535 no pressure

Thats already a paraplate check valve like i mentioned. They are very high quality. The unloader I mentioned would plumb in nicely there. You would get rid of the tees and just install the unloader right where the 1st galvanized tee is.

    Unrealistic asking prices

Then where's all my freaking MONEY!

    Cat 3535 no pressure

That regulator doesn't have an integrated check valve. Depending on plumbing, I would probably replace the existing regulator with a general 5221 unloader. That way you get a new unloader/regulator, and also get the check valve needed. But the plumbing would have to be configured where the...

    Cameras and security systems

I'm curious on the Ring and other similar camera types: If offline, where does the video go? Does the unit store video until it can later upload and sync? I would never go with any camera or system that doesn't store locally also. Several break-ins start with a cut phone/cable line. Also...

    Cat 3535 no pressure

I would lean toward installing a one inch valve on the outlet of a 3535. 3/4 valves with the pulsation from the pump and the high instantaneous flow often causes the internals to fail. What valve is currently on there? If that one lasted 20 years, I would go with it. Otherwise, I would go...

    Cat 3535 no pressure

Yes. But it doesn't take much air to get the pump de-primed. It takes quite a bit more to displace enough to get all the way to the tank.

    Cat 3535 no pressure

I wouldn't waste my time with that if i were you. You said your pressure is good the rest of the time. It wouldn't be with a washed out head. Depending on the location of the washout, you would have pulsation all the time, or valve chatter from cavitation along with (usually) a water puddle...

    Cat 3535 no pressure

Well that's unrelated... If the pump is below your water tank, the described issue will not happen without something like your air compressor forcing it to happen. The reason your pump doesn't have pressure at startup is because there is air in the pump. Its pretty much impossible to get...

    Cat 3535 no pressure

Spring pressure doesn't matter. Only the check seal matters.

Anyone have a spare entry wizard 1.0 that I can buy or loan?

I don't often quote the Lampoon's, but when I do, I ask: "how much ya got?"

    Cat 3535 no pressure

I'm not talking about the check that protects the air line. I'm talking about one that prevents backward flow into the pump. I don't know what type of auto you have, but there could be a 'tank' style low pressure check valve between the pump and tank, or there could be one downstream of the...

    Cat 3535 no pressure

Well, There's probably your problem. Time to check the check valves.

Best way to heat overhead trough

Make sure to keep distance from any plastic lines! Many times I have seen melted poly lines in roof troughs from using high temperature heat tape.
