Anyone heard of theases guys. Superior products. Oriles sells them and fairly affordable, they can have them in days free shipping. I've been looking for a while but shipping kills to here in Central Idaho. Just wanted to see if anyone has experience with them. 5gal of cherry foam brush soap was 68$
So my previous stand used Zero pressure regulators for hp soap and wax injection and solenoid valves for hot and cold water. My new stand used a stock tank for pump supply water and just sucked the soap in. I want to keep hw for soap and wax, and possibly even a adding hp hw option. I have yet...
Rewiring pump stand and installing new boxes. I'm just hoping there's a push for standardized wiring color code some day. Quick note 18pk of color coded paint pins work great, takes brake clean to wash off. Dollar store nail polish is my backup. Easily mark every wire. :)
And ill have 5 plc and a stack of relays up for grabs if you want em. The other note is and I could be wrong but there isn't a standard open source standard programming among all plcs. If there was it would be a whole different story. If a company capitalized on it and offered a pre programmed...
I agree on paper I love the idea, but replace you with I lol. I don't have time to get a degree in plc programming. And are the plcs going to save enough to cover potential down time. Both diag and repair? Think if the foam brush isn't coming on, you grab your multimeter check the relay the...
Brief thread, but I've seen it asked several times without solid answers. I searched the internet looking for a standard color code for bay meter, pump stand, rotary switch wiring color code. All I found was this on kleen-ritecorp.com. Unless someone has another I am going to use this color code...
Yupp so next on the list is the tripple foam i got it with the pump stand also. I robbed one of the gensan gs400 to replace a failed dx7 it really packs alot of features while being a little more complicated to program. I also got 4 idx ma800 coin exceptions in the exchange. So I can do tokens...
Yeah I opted to rip most of it out. It will be pretty straight forward that way. Luckily the nodes were all wired in the same order so I only need to trace one bay and got the wiring lables for the rest of the solenoid. Waiting for din mount terminal splicers and to slip the pumps and motors...
The previous owner was a builder, im pretty sure he installed most of the equipment. I was reading a thread on here where mod101 (rip) recommended gutting the box and simplifying it considerably using relay chains for spot free ect. Its pretty straightforward, and I appear to be missing a "main...
I'm in a similar boat only I purchased my pump stand used. 05 I believe. I got the meter box doors also but wires just cut at both ends. I don't think anything is wrong with it but I've begun reverse engineering it to figure out how to wire everything up. Do you still recommend gutting the plcs...
Yeah. Not alot wrong, the solenoids are housed in the box above the pump and each individual. And everything except hp soap was removed. And only a few features originally. We want to have all the options to hopefully increase revenue. Researching I thought the most economical path to get us...
Here's the old system. If I can quickly say I do appreciate simple mecanical setups like the old pump stand operated. No controllers or computers, but as the features that was there have been minned and I think the new stand is pretty compacted. And I wasn't a fan off all the electrical and...
