In the diy spirit from relay chains vs multiplexer, diy air dryers, plc to kiss circuits. I love incredibly simple solutions to over complex problems. I would love to hear or see any home brew boom ideas. As a mechanic I have access to a few failing powerstroke hubs and I really like the z...
I'll keep my zero pressure, it seams to work well and I don't have to worry about inconsistent soap or cavitation. I am liking the solenoid on the second regulator for for sfr. In an attempt to cut cost and labor temporarily could I run presoak the same way. Run a pretty aggressive mix at the...
Anyone thinking of getting a ebay chinese water heater, gutting the flow restrictions, and just letting it rip below 32*F my boiler despite little use, Has rotted away. Haven't had a chance to pressure check the loops yet. But all I'm looking for is to keep the bay floors from turning into a...
I've heard that, even seen a video of some i think before vac hose blowers were available. Mounting vac motors in a conduit box to make them blow, the only issue I didn't like about that is it kind of mitigates the cooling of the motor. I figured thease blower motors are pretty cheap, even the...
As I truck on with the car wash upgrades another customer asked about air dryers. I like the idea of 3 phase blower. But I can't help but wonder what justifies the cost of the 110v models, its just 3 motors and a switch right? So I found this on kleen-ritecorp.com mount the motor on a sheet of...
I've been so frustrated with bad dip switches iv desoldered a bunch and just used solder to bridge or Unbridge the pads. I find it super easy but you milage may vary. Im glad it worked.
I'm thinking of going to DC or token. I don't know about unitec but I have a fair bit of experience with dip switches. If you have access to probe spots a multimeter to confirm. But I would try cleaning the switches the best you can with contact cleaner, rubbing alcahol and air and agitation...
I've been thinking about what's been said alot. My goal was not cheap out, fact the opposite. Im in the process of seriously updating the wash. Rainex soap on fb and hp is the only chemical currently offered at my wash for the last 10 years. Im bringing back wax, hp soap, sented fb, ps and...
That's where I get confused with dilution rates, kleen rite says 6-900:1 but recommends a yellow tip, which on the hm chart is 90:1. So when sp dilution rate is 128:1 would that scale way down? Kr also states add 10 gallons of water. Which would make it like 2:1?

I don't want to lead anybody the wrong way, og's like randy have been in this game alot longer than I. I'm just stretched too thin to place a large order on soap. I figured this was worth a small gamble for me and wondered...
I'm going to give them a shot, they have a good reputation online atleast in the hobbieist era. And several oriles around me stock the 1 and 5 gallon jugs so someone must be using them.
Great time to stretch out on some debt and jump into this buzz. If I can't make enough to cover my morgage payments im screwed. Oh well just going to take it day by day.
