They just created some new products last year for touchless that I have had good success with. I'm using HP-640 low pH for the first pass, and AL-10 high pH with ALTP-1200A for the boost on the second pass. It needs a 10 to 15 second dwell after each application on a Laserwash.
Type in 66356#. Select run diagnostics and select X10 input card. The display will show each of the 8 inputs with either a 0 or a 1. 0's the A-5000 sees as off. 1's are seen as on. If it's seeing the correct inputs as being on and off then the LED's don't matter. They just make it easier for you...
Ceramic is best applied with low pressure. Higher pressure can cause some of the ceramic to bounce off the car, requiring more ceramic to create an even coat. Plus high pressure uses more water requiring additional product to achieve the correct titration. That said, I agree with Wash shine...
I haven't ever worked with Blendco, but the mixing drum should allow for a lot of control of your high pH. The JBS is harder to tweak.
If you decide to try the JBS, I like the Action line for regular road film and bugs. I use AT-101 Low pH for my first pass, and AT-102 High pH and AT-150 High...
I forgot the new style is also cheaper.
Unless the bridge is stopping too soon and the T bars are blocking the backup eyes or you are getting sun light directly on the VT eyes, you are on the right track with it being a bad eye.
If this was a retrofit, then you might also want to make sure the...
I don't know what brand they were. They are the old style. PDQ switched to Banner Eyes when they redesigned the VT. They are part number 4070003 for the receiver and 4070004 for the transmitter. The banner eyes can be wired to one of four different frequencies and are quick disconnect. You...
0424006 is the receiver for frequency B, while 0424004 is the receiver for frequency A. They are different frequencies to prevent cross talk. They are not interchangeable.
Docking Dryer rollers are different from bridge and trolley rollers. They require bearings for the extra weight.
If you are considering improvements, then think about a replacement stainless bridge from PDQ. They are about $30,000 dollars and come with all new motors, gearboxes, covers, festoon...
So I voted for 2 because it catches the eye from the road, but the sign works better on 3. If you reversed the ombre it might work better, that would put the yellow at the bottom and help the giraffe, sun, and lettering stand out more.
These are pictures of the playground padding installed. Initially I just cut for the nozzles. This is cheaper and easier but will allow the outer padding to slip down occasionally. After seeing the new Razor Edge arch cover, I made one with a piece of 1" tubing. This one locks the padding in...
I simply programed for the wash to do the undercarriage with rust inhibitor. Then rather than plumbing from the rust inhibitor solenoid to the high pressure pump, I plumber out to the bay.
I have them on all 9 of my Laserwash 4000's. It didn't drive sales, but it does do a good job on the wheels and rocker panels. We use to have most of our customers spraying their rooms before going in. Now almost none spray there rims, they just buy one of the washes with the wheel cleaner.
The black rubber pipe insulation from Lowe's (part number 21377) goes over the bare arch to insulate it and make it large enough for the inside dimensions of the post padding. The post padding then goes on the outside.
