What kind of car wash did you install. Wash World and PDQ can both be setup to close the bay automatically at a set time. They will both close the Paystation when they do.
Things to check.
Is the JO cabinet showing a low water auxiliary message? Are is X36 lit up? If so the low water RO Tank float may be bad. You can pull it out and check for continuity with a multi meter. It should change state when held in a down position and switched to an up position. If the...
The WS2 is discontinued December 31, 2024 and parts are not going to be supported after December 31, 2025. We are trying to figure out a new Paystation as well to replace all our WS2's and Hamilton ACW5's. What paystations have you looked at and what are your thoughts. We are just starting the...
It could be the pump motor or the pump causing too much draw.
To check the motor, turn off power to the pump motor. Mark the 3 wire legs coming from the big blue VFD to the motor. Mark tham leg 1, leg 2, and leg 3.Take a picture with your phone to use to put them back in the correct...
You are having an issue with the big 25hp VFD located on the pump station. Something is causing it to draw to many amps resulting in an overload. When this happens the bay will close down and the other drives are usually restricted from moving properly until it is cleared. Since it appears that...
I'm not sure what you are asking for actually exists. You would need a unit with PLC's, which is very unusual. Most Self Serves use cheaper simple timers. Even then the low soap alerts are usually provided by your chemical supplier that has them designed for their systems. Wash World offers a...
Not all ultrasonic sensors are the same. They all have various ranges and sensitivity levels. Some can be placed facing one another without interference while others may need a multiplexor to accomplish this. Are you sure you're using the correct ultrasonic for this project?
It sounds like the seal around the puck is leaking. Cut off the water and air. You may need to drain the high pressure tank. Remove the aluminum cap and inside you will find the puck. Blow it out of the cap through the air inlet hole. On the puck you should see a black seal. Replace it with a...
The program that Automation Direct is looking for is loaded on the Master PLC. There are hundreds of different PLC's and they all use different ports, cables, and devices for communication with a computer program. They also all use different programs. We need to know which PLC is installed to...
The LW4000 finds the rear of the vehicle with both the exit end T-bar eyes and the mid limit. When the bridge starts to the rear of the vehicle, Output Y40 goes off and Output Y41 comes on. This switches power between the 2 sets of T-bar eyes. The A5000 begins looking for Inputs X21 and X26...
You might want to try moving the X17 Prox a little closer to the cam. It would best explain why this is only happening on low pressure functions and at the rear. While you are at it make sure the connections are in good shape and there's no green corrosion visible on the Prox Cable.
The Arch Encoder is connected to the 17N01 card in slot 1 of the Bridge Box. The PDQ part number is 07150002.
The G5S uses just the encoder to know the position of the Arch. You have to tell it where the zero position is which is stored on the 17N01 card. Using the zero point as a reference it...
Do you have one head or two in your system.
We had a two head system in which head A didn't allow enough water back into the brine tank to fully recharge Tank B. Head B did allow enough water back into the brine tank to fully recharge Tank A. Whenever the wash was on Tank A we had 0 grains of...
