We set ours up just like Dan-Ark mentioned. We have a changer that dispenses dollar coins and quarter combinations, and we have a Hamilton Credit card to token machine. We value the tokens at 1 dollar. Our changer also has a coin acceptor to break dollar coins down to quarters when people...
I have pretty much zero complaints about Dexter. For sure would use them again. Not saying soft mounts don't have their place... They definitely provide some benefits. But like most decisions, it comes down to what the owner values... Marketing and 'performance' vs simplicity and...
We have a 2400 sq ft laundry. Similar situation as TDL. It was a salon that was originally built to be a laundromat. Since the utilities were already in place, there was a significant savings to make it into a laundry as was originally intended when constructed.
We ended up building a...
Maybe the problem is you are using a swivel cuff. Try using a fixed cuff instead. It is what the claw must be designed for - because obviously the swivel cuff plan sucks. When you use a fixed cuff instead, the claw snaps right in without any chemicals, heat or water needed. Also, the cuff...
We are converting our quarter changers to dollar coin asap to solve this. We typically deposited quarters weekly, now we are going backward by double the amount that we used to deposit. It appears we can get dollar coins because they aren't in demand since they aren't used as 'change' so I'm...
I would try calling SMC and see for sure if thats the case. And besides, you should be able to get just the individual valve insert - not need the entire block. Is only one valve giving you problems?
You have a bad connnection on the white wire or in the sensor for the pin that connects to the white wire by the sound of it. Making or breaking that connection changes the mode of operation IIRC.
I have seen the encoder housings crack which will let in water and cause issues. I would inspect for a housing crack. Maybe you also have a leak where water is getting in there near the end of the wash causing the issue when homing...?
I once used Never-Wet on a wheelbarrow. Its a hydrophobic paint. It was a miracle the first time I used it. The wheelbarrow dumped the mud out perfectly clean - not a spec of dirt/mud/water. The second time, however, it didn't work as well, and the third time it was pretty much gone. The...
Another important piece of this to keep in mind for next years accounting disaster: If you are using the PPP loan and going for all or partial forgiveness, there is an important tax distinction that the IRS just advised on... Typically, any debt forgiveness is typically considered income and...
You don't need to be completely down to be owed downtime. Why don't you press for 1/3 of revenue less expenses so the longer it's dragged out, the more they owe?
Belanger said since the OPW buyout, they aren't selling direct anymore because they don't want to collect sales tax everywhere. I have a pile of those sitting around... I would prefer having cash instead:unsure:. 75 bucks each?
I would measure voltage between 3 and 4 when machine is resting, and 'mechanically agitate' the plc. I don't know if it has solid state (transistor) outputs or mechanical relays, but if you see voltage bounce when 'bumping' the plc, I would suspect the output is defective. If its resting...
Do they know they have to pay downtime? And if you replace the door on your own and send in the expense, that is the expense they are on the hook for. The cash value argument would be valid if they could prove that you get the door replaced with that value... But you can't. Its not like a...
Not familiar, but might be able to help with the logic... Based on the description of events, I would think you could eliminate anything having to do with software. I would expect that the dryer down output would be shunted in the software anytime the lower prox was made... regardless of remote...
Nothing's impossible. Just doesn't seem logical or feasible. I think you should quit looking for a 'reclaim system' and instead look into what it takes to be a water treatment facility. 1st stop before that would be to verify you can use septic for car wash water in your county, then next...
When I mentioned that, I was speaking about the whole world in a National and global scale - not economically in a business to business scale. Obviously, there will be winners and losers coming out of this economically. Government is here to say they will save the day and help put people's...
I'm confused by even the mentioning of this... The ENTIRE world is in the same boat right now. Stay home requirements, governmental lockdowns, business shutdowns... All because of the virulence and contagiousness are calculated to overwhelm the medical industry WORLDWIDE. I don't think...
Not sure how many of you have employees, but I'm under the impression that if the stimulus package is passed as is, you could get a loan from an SBA cooperating bank. It would be 3.75% fixed for 30 years, and certain covered expenses would be FORGIVEN from the loan. It could get paid off at...
