Is there no competitive option that is better? If not, them loosing the experienced staff could end up making them more money... I've seen it where people replace machines simply because nobody at the distributor level or even the manufacturer level knew anything about a 5 year old machine...
Curious if you have replaced your machine? Its situation dependent on if it makes sense to replace equipment. APW's point about needing to spend the money certainly makes sense from a tax standpoint. However, in a place where there is no relevant competition, and a 'free' piece of equipment...
You may need to back out the sensor a bit. If its too close, the high pressure pass can push the arm just enough to get the sensor to read. But don't back it out too far, or it won't detect an actual impact soon enough.
Bummer news! Yes that's what npn means. The ferrite filter is a donut looking thing made of ferrite that the wires wrap around then go from the VFD (speed controller) to the terminal strip in the J0 cabinet (on 4000's with a virtual treadle anyway). Its designed to reduce noise...
Every time I have had this issue, its been the right limit. The factory limit proximity sensors somehow build up a charge and will sink just enough voltage for the computer to sense that the sensor is on. The computer appears to ignore the signal until it makes it past halfway on the rear of...
I think your missing the competitive advantage of providing 'perceived value'. Not a parallel, but Netflix provides memberships while blockbuster (remember them?) provided daily rentals.
I am one of those gutless cheerleaders! I'm sorry MJ, I hope you participate on this forum forever. Its like a "Where's Perry" moment that long time readers can spot and predict and it always makes for a giggle. Thanks for adding to its unique character! BTW, I use dollar coins! I'm out of...
Really? Their website still shows both Niagara and Zep http://www.niagaranationalcorp.com/who_we_are.
Are you sure they didn't just keep the contracts and dump the employees? That's what a publicly traded company usually would do.
I used to believe this every time I was told, but anymore I've learned that this is a perfect excuse for lousy police work. I've learned to make a call in separately to the police station to ask if the vehicle was actually reported as stolen. Being driven by someone different than the 'owner...
By direct water pressure, you mean you hooked up a positive pressure line directly to the inlet of the pump without any valve or solenoid or check valve in the way? The new pump head had new valves and seals? First thing i would check would be the plungers at that point. If a connecting rod...
Not giving value for business is worth a legal fight for sure. Car washes are special use buildings and the business cannot be moved. The business value is an inseparable aspect of the location, equipment, business operation, and the real estate. The sum of the parts is greater than the...
Tell him that is why clearcoats were invented. He has oxidized single stage paint. The purpose of a touchfree wash is to remove dirt and oils. That is what it did. You might do your business well by offering to pay for the can of wax or something...
Heating anything other than domestic water falls under an asme stamp requirement. If the heater is asme rated for hydronic heating, it would be allowed... from what I understand anyway.
