Does this new Dixmor display replace the blue/green Hamilton one mounted to the controller or does in mount outside the ACW? I looked on the Dixmor site and didn't find any info.
I have to agree with Randy on this one. I wouldn’t sell now unless I had no other choice. My closest competitor listed his 4/1 last year for $625K. It didn’t sell and was reduced several times till it got down to $325K early this year. According to county records it sold in Feb. for $265K.
I’ve got to go with rph on this one. If Blendco is that much better than its competitors, wouldn’t the other soap companies have been run out of the car washing business by now?
A while back I had a Blendco salesman catch me at my wash. He looked at my setup, gave me some propaganda and said...
Don’t feel like your getting snubbed. You are probably the only one on this Forum that has the G2 system. The people here are great at helping when and if they can.
I’d go with a Cat 310S (the ‘S’ stands for stainless steel sleeves in the valve and plunger areas). The ‘S’ pumps are only $50 higher than their regular model. I’ve had to have all my Cat heads reworked with the stainless steel sleeves, but other than that they have been virtually trouble free...
Since I'm a Chevy truck fan I use the GM Mastercard. It pays 5% up to $500/year. Max carryforward is 7 years. I've saved $7,000 on my last 2 trucks. No annual fee, but the intrest rate sucks...you need to pay it off each month.
In my state it is personal property and taxed at the same rate as real estate.
Yes, $137,000 sounds high for used equipment.
Every year I fill out a form listing the equipment’s original price, age and my guess at to its current value. The first year the valuation was the original price and...
I looked at it as to how 2 different tokens would affect my wash.
Coin acceptors would have to take 3 different coins. All my Slugbuster II’s would need to be changed.
The token slot in my Hamilton ACW has a Slugbuster single coin acceptor. I don’t know if they make a multi-coin acceptor that...
I came up with a few potential problems if you planned to use 2 different tokens at the wash…but since you will only be using 1 token, those ideas are moot.
Is this the dispenser you have in mind?

The only downside I can see...
Before shooting my mouth off, could you answer a couple of questions? Will you be dispensing $1 tokens from your changers? What will be your start up price in the SS bays?
That is not a lot of water. My SS pumps use 3.5 gal/min.
Doing the math: 25,000/3.5 X $.50/min (my price) = $3,571.53 per month.
Foamy brush, tire cleaner and spot free use less water, but this will give you a rough idea.
A man was riding his Harley along a California beach when suddenly the sky clouded above his head.... In a booming voice, the Lord said, "Because you have tried to be faithful to me in all ways, I will grant you one wish."
The biker pulled over and said, "Build a bridge to Hawaii so I can ride...
The Pope went on vacation for a few days to visit the rugged mountains of Alaska. He was cruising along the campground in the pope-mobile when he heard a frantic commotion at the edge of the woods.
He found a helpless Democrat wearing shorts, sandals, a ‘Vote for Obama’ hat and a ‘Save the...
In Florida the equipment is treated as personal property. Although they are taxed at the same rate, their valuation is determined in different ways. Equipment is initially valued at purchase price and declines yearly depending on its useful life. Land and building is valued by the county...
