I don't know if you can make the MDB cable work or not. I order the Nayax devices with the pulse cable, that is the correct one for typical car wash use.

Yes, it's a challenge but it isn't the end of the world. I have a tunnel and a 5/1 on the same site. Both businesses do well on their own. Some customers cross over, some will only use one or the other but there is room for both businesses.
How many cars are you washing in the two automatics combined? If it is less than 15k, just do one automatic. It sounds like a site that isn't busy enough to need two automatics at this point.
I'm assuming that you are not reloading the self serve equipment. That shouldn't need replaced...
I think there are a handful of key factors that you have to get right for a monthly pass program to work in the IBA world. The two that are most commonly missed are plan pricing and the ability to link the plan to a single vehicle.
1) If you cannot ensure that each member isn't washing more...
That is mostly likely the beginning of clear coat failure. It seems to happen more often with dark paint and southern locations. I have seen it a few times in PA. It looks like scratches but it is actually the clear coat cracking. It seems that Chevy clearcoat is more likely to crack this way as...
I have a Razor that is getting close to 60,000 washes. I think trying to preemptively replace a bunch of parts will get too expensive. I have not run into many wear parts that it would benefit to replace all at once.
Check the wires feeding one of the other transformers. My guess is they are 220v and the transformer drops it to 24v but when you move it, you are feeding it 110v and getting 10v on the secondary side.
A 110/220 primary by 24v secondary should have 3 or 4 wires not just 2.
It may depend on the type of 3 phase that you have but ours are not wired to 1 leg and ground, they are wired to leg 1 and leg 2.
Do you have 110v on leg 1 and ground?
I'm not an electrician but that doesn't sound right to me. Is that how the other bays are wired?

When you say you are considering.... what does that mean? Have you done any research? Do you have any experience running a labor intensive business like that? Any experience washing cars?
Why hand wash? Why that location?
To survive, you will need to be able to recruit, hire, train...
I don't know what type of teller you have but most (all?) of them use a thermal printer, no ink. If it isn't printing, the paper may be in upside down/backwards.
Where in PA are you located? I am in central PA.
I have Dencar at my inbays, not at my tunnel yet but probably heading that direction. I think Dencar has a good product and could be a good fit for a tunnel.
You have two systems in a tunnel wash. The tunnel controller and the point of sale. If you want to connect a paystation like Dencar to a Drb tunnel controller, that can be done. If you want to connect a Dencar pay station to DRB point of sale, that won't work.
DRB TunnelWatch - tunnel...
