Is it possible to integrate this with an ACW and Cryptopay? I have no idea how it works, but the concept is cool!

LW4000 sprays soap, arm never moves

Could be a faulty impact switch, cord, etc. If you have a t-bar sensor for impacts, it could be that as well. 100#1# and get a fault message. This will help.

    Lexair Rebuild - LW 4000

Folks, I have learned a lot from you over the past few years and am very grateful! I have a Lexair Valve on my undercarriage for my LW4000 that is starting to leak. An indication that it needs to be rebuilt. It is one of the "4 bolt" bigger lexair valves. I have one of each on my pump stand...

    Laser 4000 Spray Arch Slop/Wiggle

Hello! My Laser is operating very well! I seem to be in nit-pick mode. How much slop/wiggle should the spray arch have when it rotates 90 degrees? Mine seems to wiggle a bit after the turn. It is not a tight turn. Just curious how yours operate. Thanks!

Laser 4000 rollors black/white thin wide?

White have tighter tolerance to the rail and acts as a guide to the bridge/trolley, I believe. Black functions just as a roller.

    X30 switch life span

LW4000 gurus, How long would you say that the Telemecanique x30 switch lasts under normal use? Average 15k+ washes a year. Just wondering. I started getting a L/R count error in the VT. Once every few days. Starting with the x30 replacement and working backwards. Thanks!

Parker Push Lok - Ambient temp rating?

Folks, I rebuilt my old neglect LW 4000 trough yesterday. Insulated with 1" foam board top, bottom and sides. Two layers on top. Constructed from pressure treated lumber with PVC cap and drip edge. Sponge foam weather stripping around the hinged doors. On a slab, flat roof. Needless to say, it...

    Rebuilding Laser Wash trough

Hello! I have a LW4000 trough made from treated lumber. 17 years old and needs to be replaced. What materials do you recommend for trough reconstruction. I was going to rebuild it with treated lumber and cap the top with pvc and vinyl trim for water tightness. Any advice??

    Residual Soap in HP Rinse

Folks, I took off the line to the bay and connected a new hose. Sprayed water in a clean 5 gallon bucket. Clear water. Hooked back up to the bay and sprayed water from bay gun into a clean bucket. Definite suds. I guess I'll start by getting the old Neptune 3000 boom hoses and hoses to the gun...

    Residual Soap in HP Rinse

So I did a few tests. One, sprayed the water from HP rinse into a bucket. You could see the little bit of foam initially. But it would go a away. When it did go away, I agitated the water and it didn't really come back. Also, my spot free TDS reads 9ppm. Thoughts? Am I going crazy ; )?

    Residual Soap in HP Rinse

    Residual Soap in HP Rinse

Folks, I have a problem that is very similar to the one in this thread: Soap in HP Rinse This is what I know: When I use HP rinse there is a very little bit of what I think might be soap in the HP rinse. Can see it on the edge of the water when sprayed on to the bay floor. All 5 bays. I...
