We have seen this approach. So no drying option at all on the auto wash. The dryer is in it's own bay and they even charge for the service. So the wash pkgs do not include dryer, but if you want the dryer, you can go through the drying bay and pay a little extra for this service...

Yep, I am surprised by some of the hoops folks have to jump through to cancel a service. We have ran our program with the approach that matches the new rules from jump.
