Hey there!
This is the first time I’ve had to replace a bay hose. It’s been over 10 months and I want to stick with what I’ve got. Where do you find a 1/4” Parker hose with male ends 15’ from the first thread to the last?
I had a spare made last summer and it’s the rough texture hydraulic...
Could you use a spring, even if it’s a little weak, yet strong enough to get the door close to shut, Then make a magnet strip on the jamb, and a metal strip on the door to finish the job?
That’s funny!! Yesterday I drove to Tri Valley because the production pump on the RO started leaking everywhere. The parts guy was telling me to change both drive wheels, not just one, or it’d crawl sideways.
This is what I replaced the last one with. The ones I’m replacing are weird. You have to fold the wings in and that allows you to twist them in/out of the fixtures. They aren’t even two years old according to the previous owner. And yes they are LED as well.
Yes
I recently stopped a LP rinse pass. I slowed down the hp rinse to compensate, but it’s still less water. I’d like to slow down the SFR pass, it just won’t produce it fast enough. Yesterday l had at least 70 cars through the touchless and was running out of SFR water. The soap salesman is...
Could anyone tell me if white spots on the vehicle could be from too much ceramic coat? That’s the only thing I’ve changed recently. I’ve heard one of the old pros on here talk about “ just enough to break the water” but I think that was about wax. I pulled the wires off the solenoid and noticed...
I made scaffolding out of pipe, about 8’ tall with protective railing on top of that. I put the FEL of my tractor on it and used a log chain and binder to secure it to the bucket.
I built it specifically for laying bricks on my house. I guess I could trailer it to the wash. I bet if I stood in...
Update. I had changed presoak nozzles and they have wider bases. When the tilt cylinder turned, the side panel flexed just enough from the bigger nozzle bases to shadow the eye, making the machine think it was looking at a vehicle.
Yeah I’m on a roll today. How do you, or do you hire someone to change your bulbs? How do you teeter a ladder on a 4x4 light post? I did one with an extension ladder and It wasn’t pretty. What’s the safest way?
The potential new wash has much bigger hydraulic style hoses than my other wash. It makes the wash process clumsy and the booms don’t move smoothly. Does anyone use these?
Hey everyone
I noticed two fails today. After reviewing the video, the arch is traveling past the rear of the vehicle and hitting the physical stop. The alarm said “treadle photo eye”.
There are only the two that tells it to stop and backup. And there’s one on the wheel that detects travel...
I had to cut out one block. Ripped out the pvc and connected long sweep 90 degree rubber ferncos to the threads on the coin boxes. Then used small sections (2 per chute) of exhaust from the auto parts store that slid together, one inside the other. It’s only been 9 months but it works perfectly...
