That’s not much dwell time.
Confirmed you’re putting out hot water for the presoaks?
How new are your injectors?
You might be needing more low ph then high ph depending on your seasonal conditions as well.
Nayax. Tap debit (is our cash equivalent up here) visa, master, amex, Apple Pay, google, any future digital wallets. COVID has greatly accelerated demand for contactless payments and show me a millennial with cash on them.
Zero coin jams and target for theft. I was getting hit weekly with...
Great news, so can we order a Laurel vendor fitted with a VPOS touch? We have Nayax units on all of our vacs and bays so we have an active account
Thank you
Thanks David. How do you setup your fleet card attributes? I'm experimenting now with mine. Do you top up each cards credit monthly and set them to Accumulated Credit or maybe set a monthly limit and reload?
It would be nice if I could setup company accounts and nest cards under them like...
Sorry to hear you're having trouble. Hopefully Ron or Phil will jump in and get your issues sorted out. What issues are you having with Dencar? what's your setup consist of?
Thanks

Sounds like the old style Monex unit with the hard buttons?
I too have heard lots of negatives about them.
The new touch screen Ultra VX units are supposed to be better.
Don’t let the $10 per device Nayax charges derail you. That’s peanuts frankly. Think of it as paying for ongoing support...
True for undercarriage and more passes but if you have a long bay to separate drying and stick to four passes injecting your sealant or ceramic into the high pressure pass, you’ll be at 2.5min. Need to have your pay stations firing on all cylinders to though.
I’ve got my first of four coming next week.
Definitely a game changer if you program for speed and have your chemistry dialed in. I think my top wash will be a touch longer with six passes vs four for my lower two washes. This will help differentiate the top wash and highlight the ceramic...
What were Monex fees like? I considered them but I don’t think they can be configured for count up, a must imo for vacs and bays.
I have Nayax on my vacs in count up and thinking about adding them to my bays. They’re pretty reliable but when they do stop accepting, there’s nothing to tell you...
Nayax doesn’t use Wi-Fi, they use 3 and 4G cell networks so you want to insure that you have good cell reception at your wash. You can also connect them to a cat 5 wired network but you’ll need the cat5 adapter for each VPOS touch. Handy when there’s an international Tel2SIM card denial that...
Yup. Who ever said everyone raves about them hasn’t seen all of the threads over on TCW.
Dencar and done if you’re even remotely interested in wash clubs
Are you attended during operating hours to deal with/manage an unlimited club?
Regarding the DRB rep who said they have product and solutions, how does DRB wash clubs work in an semi unattended IBA wash?
LPR or RFID will still require staff interaction to handle tag and plate mis reads...
What’s your pass setup currently?
what soaps are you using now on your Petit?
2 step presoaks or just 1?
Are you high volume and hence need the throughput of a four pass setup?
Lots of factors.
James at Petit can advise on best practices as well.
Good luck!
