You can get ro water but your ro unit will not last as long. It will scale up. An operating softener would allow your chemicals to work more efficent.

I use dosatrons for all my chemicals, waxes, and trifoams in my automatics. I started using them in 2010 and haven't had any problems with delivery. So far it's been set them and forget about them, knock on wood.
