I agree with Randy. Bill acceptors in bays can only add headaches.
I'm using Coinless Mobile for credit card acceptance. It' very easy to install, been well received and I've been really happy with performance and company.
Go with quality and reliability and never look back. The big box units might do for inexpensive emergency back up, but they aren't built for the demands of our environment. If the tank is solid, a quality
replacement compressor can be had for under a grand.
I've had issues with the galvanized version from K/R leaking due to over tightening. Never had an issue before, so chalked it up defective batch of Chinese mfg.
You may also be experiencing QC issues. I didn't raise issue with the cheap ones, but surely would with SS.
docopp,
We have been providing free air for 20 yrs and as you stated the traffic can be overwhelming at the hose. People love it and I love providing it, but I will chirp at some of the regulars about enabling procrastination.
It's really cheap advertising and invaluable good will. Most of...
I had a similar problem in one bay and it turned out to be a bad rinse solenoid which allowed the pump to pull rinse water rather than wash water/soap. It may have been getting some of both, but soap was so dilute it was useless. Rebuilt valve and problem went away.
Good luck and let us know...
Looking for a few functional Dixmoor LED5 timers. My cabinets are too small for the LED6. Have a new 6 available, if anyone is interested. Please PM.
Thanks!

Congrats!
That's a lot of years of service. You must have great, smooth electrical service. I could never get that kind of life. No regrets since converting to LED though. At $100 a fixture they do everything necessary.
Greetings:
Bay floors are starting to erode despite annual sealing, so I am considering going over them with something that is pigmented and textured.
Does anyone have a recommendation for non- slip concrete floor coatings to use or avoid?
Thanks!

Thanks for all the suggestions. I visited with Carolina Pride at the ICA show and as luck would have it, they have about 60 filter bags on hand as "old" inventory. Should have one by the end of the week to confirm it fits then will replace all. Vacs are in great shape otherwise.

This is why business owners stay away from the cash register. Employees don't have the latitude to give discounts. Personally, I look at how good a customer/friend they are and how frequently/freely they spend with me. If they always buy the cheapest wash, they're telling me it's about them and...
I have three Navien 240s that adequately provides 120-125 degree water to six bays using a 125 gal storage tank. They handle the busiest days w/o a problem.
I have another brand mounted outside. After four troublefree years of use we had minor problems during a stretch of subzero temps last winter. I think ice may have built up in the head. Door would only raise half way. Stops were readjusted and we were back in business.
Planning to add another...
