I bought a wash that the operator had that bend in the wand ends. He was running barely running 750 psi. It sucked at cleaning, and I personally did not like fighting the wand to keep in place; therefore I know my customers would not like it. I changed all those in short order.
We run 25055...
I used this one on a WW 1.0; eliminating the photo eyes. In the Winter, we had an issue with clumps of snow blocking the eyes and making it seem car was on treadle, when in fact it was not. Then, it would go "out of service"...

Very nice lady here. They repair all the AC hoppers (last time I checked, anyhow) Very reasonable price, too. She sells well below AC list price.
There is no such thing as "normal" in my opinion. Too many variables from wash to wash; such as s/s volume, nozzle size on wands, pressure on wands, iba volume, type of iba, etc.
What is your cost per 1000 gallons; this is what most compare. My locations average about $10.00 per thousand...
Got it fixed; just had to walk away for a bit. Had stray voltage on the ground the p/s was hooked to. Once I cleared that up, I was able to re-engage each module for troubleshooting. Ended up being the left limit switch was sucking all the dc voltage down to 6vdc. Changed it out; now good to go...
The fuse on my 1.5 amp 24vdc power supply keeps blowing.
I unhooked all the power to the input and output modules and the vt board. I was going to power up one at a time to try and isolate the issue. But with everything unhooked, the fuse still blows. Changed power supply, for craps and kicks...
Ok then, 16 weeks from Sept 21st would be right now. If you have to wait another 16 weeks, someone really F'ed up. Time to get out a can of whoop a$$! Don't assume anything.
For those of you using these products, what is your opinion of NCS taking over? It seems to me a lot of price increases, a lot of discontinuation of my favorite products, and little to no distributor support.
My local distributor just told me there are raising the minimum order from $15k to...
I have some that is 22 years old that is rusting and peeling pretty good. More rust and a lot of peeling in the auto bays. I am starting to think about what the best solution may be.
I see slight spots on my black vehicle above 20ppm. Therefore, I change my membranes when tds approaches 20 ppm. It is the final rinse; too important not to have right.
You may have a check valve bad; pushing some amount of chemical back into the tank. Pull suction tube out of tank, and run each bay individually and see if water/chemical is pushing thorugh that line.
Many threads on this if you search. I would 110% recommend the CT tokens only valued at $1. Change everything to tokens; bays, vacs, vending, even auto cashiers. You are not a public change service. Make the switch and don't look back. I have used the stock CTs for 12 years with Slugbuster II...
