    Tech Support Contract Options?

All you need is an anemometer controlled switch connected in parallel with the your Ryko door thermostat.

    Tech Support Contract Options?

We offer free lifetime tech support for our washes. This support goes with the wash so even if it changes owners we will do whatever we can to help anyone over the phone. We have to limit this to the Ryko customers in our state but I am willing to help others find prints and information on their...

How about wheel brite or wheel clean(er). We have an option called wheel blaster but it uses high pressure.

Mark VII Softwash vs. Sonnys i5

I would be leery of anything new. The frame and many of the components on the newest version of the Softgloss (Softgloss Max) is over 15 years old dating back to the Voyager 2 (Velvet Touch). I have yet to scrap one of the washes, they just get rebuilt and sometimes reinstalled somewhere else. I...

    Nozzle Purchases

Met Kleenrite's oldest employee yesterday. Very nice guy, great company; bought a Cat pump from them today. Just make sure the nozzles have the same flow rate and pattern degree.

    Nozzle Purchases

If you do replace them, make sure they are they same size and pattern as the originals. I would start with the manufacture.

    Nozzle Purchases

We use stainless tips on our touchless washes. I would not worry about changing them unless you see a pressure drop or a pattern change. Reclaim could add to premature wear but for the most part they should last a long time. We have many touchless sites that we service and I do not even stock...

    Nozzle Purchases

What kind of wash? Nozzles on a brush machine should last 20 years.

    Soft touch material ?

Ryko uses "Foam Brite" and was one of the first manufacture to use this type of material. If you do not have a Ryko wash I would go with the Neo Glide. It is similar to the Foam Brite which is a closed cell polymer that will not retain dirt or water.

The other option is to move just the two digit display (not the entire box) into the equipment room

    Applying total vehicle protectants

Ryko, they will even let you try it for free. Let me know if you would like to try it and I will give you the number of the supplier in your area.

    soft gloss arm issue

You need to adjust the brass flow control for the rear arm return as NJ sugests. It controls the retraction speed of the rear arms.

    Applying total vehicle protectants

I have been able to apply Rainshield and rinse with RO in less than 4' in one of our tunnels. A good surface protectant will almost dry the car without the dryer!

    Y-Delta Start again

Another drawback to touchless........nothing larger than a 1 horse motor on a Softgloss.......

Mitter curtain grab sh!t out of pickups?

Not all Top brushes are created equal. We have one on almost every wash we have sold. Compared to a shaker curtain there is no contest, a good top brush will out clean every time.

    MCA Show

Its in Novi, Michigan, a very nice suburb of Detroit. Looks like I will be there with our salesman. I get to walk around and check out all the new ideas.

Mitter curtain grab sh!t out of pickups?

Ryko has had a "top brush interrupt" for over 30 years and every Ryko since has it, even the tunnels.

    Checking a blown fuse.

Do not be discouraged by all of us know it alls. If you have questions please ask; better safe than sorry. When I got out of electronics school all I had was the basics. As soon as I graduated, I was hired by Ryko. The on the job training was priceless and soon I forgot most of what I learned in...
