Why would you want baffles in the pits if you did not need them? A good system does not need baffles. Why would you want the extra expense and headaches of baffles in an underground tank that must be cleaned and pumped out regularly?
This all depends on what wash you have. If it is a softgloss then you need to adjust the hysteresis overload. When it trips it only shuts off the brush for the rest of that pass. They will come back on again when the machine changes direction. If it is an older wash without the hysteresis...
We have a customer with Rowe bill changers. We seem to have a lot of problems with the transports and the coin detectors. Is Rowe a decent changer? Is there anything we can do to make them better? Is he better off just replacing the entire changer?
Manual would be easy, all you need is a switch. I was saying you could use a deice that monitors wind speed to make it close automatically. No need for any software just external devices.
We rarely have problems with the Ryko wheel scrubs and we service at least 50 machines with this option installed. The new high pressure spinning rocker panel/wheel Blasters are pretty cool, works well with the bug and tire chemical spray.
Well of course a manual switch is easier! I had never heard of the wind request before so I was just figuring out how it could be done.
Many of our customers like to leave the entrance door open longer to show people the wash is open. Some sites like to shut their North facing door sooner, its...
There are thermostats for both doors so if you only wanted one door to close, you would hook it up in parallel to just that one door thermostat. How else would you close a door of it got too windy without motoring wind speed?
